As Chief Strategist, Troy works with employers, payers, medical groups, and healthcare innovators to develop creative strategies that improve access, reduce costs, and empower consumers.
Troy earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Wheaton College and completed the MBA program at Vanderbilt University Owen Graduate School of Management.
With more than forty years of leadership, consulting, and public speaking experience, Troy has traveled extensively helping organizations navigate change, implement innovative strategies, and improve organizational performance. He is also the author of two books focused on healthcare costs, reform, and long-term affordability strategies.
Troy and his wife have been married for more than 35 years and are proud parents of four children and grandparents to four grandchildren. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors, photography, and writing.
