Ursula Aviles is the Owner and Founder of URSAWISE and the Director of Client Success of Practical Wealth Advisors LLC. Together with her associates, she equips individuals, families, and business owners with empowering education and tools to make sound financial decisions to win the money game.

In 2021, at the age of 47, Ursula's financial world changed profoundly when she discovered the Infinite Banking Concept® through a real estate investor on Instagram and through reading R. Nelson Nash's book 'Becoming Your Own Banker.' A year later, as a practitioner of the concept, she obtained her life insurance license because she wanted to share this powerful and overlooked method with others to connect them with the idea of self-managing their finances and what it can look like and how this method can change their lives forever.

Despite having some college education and extensive experience in account reconciliation, administration, and sales, Ursula uses the pain of her lack of financial literacy in the first half of her life to bring wisdom and versatile financial expertise to our team. She considers herself first and foremost in the people's business and continuously invests in her professional development to serve clients with excellence, clarity, and confidence.

Ursula shares her life with a supportive and loving husband, and takes pride in their blended family, especially her beautiful youngest granddaughter who lights up her life. When not working, studying, or spending time with her family, Ursula loves cooking and crafting, relaxing with good movies, and being entertained by her three adorable lap dogs.
